There's something pretty special about your Hometown. It's familiar and comfortable. Friendly faces are always around the corner. You've got memories down every street and a heart full of Hometown pride. You can live anywhere, but there's no place like home.
So why not check in on your Aunt Mary, catch up with your old buddy John or give a shout to your big sister. Whenever you call and wherever you call from — you're home with Hamilton Relay.
Hamilton Relay focuses on what matters most to relay users: fast connect times and highly professional Communication Assistants who facilitate calls seamlessly.
Most importantly, Hamilton Relay understands that each relay user is unique. So we listen to our customers and work to match the right services to specific situations. Not just filling a need, but empowering and enhancing the lives of our customers.

Over the years, Hamilton has expanded services, not only to the states where we provide TRS, but nationally as well providing the latest relay services. Hamilton Relay provides Traditional Relay and Captioned Telephone services in contracted states, as well as Web CapTel and Internet Relay services across the nation.
State / 711 Relay Services
Hamilton Relay makes it possible for deaf, hard-of-hearing or speech disabled individuals to make and receive telephone calls. Relay calls are simple — just dial 711 and you will be connected with a highly trained Communication Assistant (CA) that will facilitate your call. There are no restrictions or time limits on any call and Hamilton Relay is available 24/7/365.
Whether you're making personal calls or business calls — all relay calls are confidential and there are no records or recordings of any relay conversation.
Traditional relay calls are based on the TTY (also known as a TDD or text telephone). However, there are many different types of relay calls, such as Voice Carry Over and Hearing Carry Over, that accommodate individual calling preferences.
Regardless of how you connect, the CA will "voice" everything you type to the other party — and type everything the other party says so that you can read the conversation on your screen. The CA is an invisible link between the calling parties.

If you've ever missed out on what was being said during a telephone call — you no longer need to. Now you can see what they say. Word by word, phrase by phrase, see your telephone conversation on-screen as you talk. It's called captioned telephone or CapTel. Best of all, there is no additional charge to receive telephone captions. To learn more about Hamilton CapTel visit our website at www.hamiltoncaptel.com.
Hamilton Internet Relay...instantly.
With Hamilton Internet Relay, you can connect to the relay using your computer, web device or wireless device. The Communication Assistant (CA) handles an Internet relay call the same as a traditional relay call – "voicing" or reading everything you type to the other party – and typing everything the other party says so that you can read the conversation on your screen or device.
There are no time limits on your calls and Hamilton Internet Relay is available 24/7/365 with faster connections and response times than traditional relay. Spanish to Spanish is also available with Hamilton Internet Relay. For more information go to www.hamiltonrelay.com.
